1. Suicide and Euthanasia
In the Qur'an Surat al-Mulk verse 2 are reminded that life and death are in God's hands that were created to test people's faith.
Because life and death is in God's hands, then Islam forbids the killing kind to others (except those justified religion) as well as to himself (suicide) for any reason, as the Word of Allah in Surat an-Nisa 'verse 29-30
29. .... and do not kill yourselves [287]; Verily Allah is Most Merciful to you. 30. And whoever did so by violating the rights and persecution, then we will eventually put it into hell. Such it is easy for Allah. (Q.S. An Nisaa ':29-30)
[287] The prohibition includes killing themselves forbidden to kill another person, for killing another means to kill yourself, because the people is a unity.

From the above verse indicates that suicide is strictly forbidden by Islam, either by his own hand or ask for help from others, even doctors by giving injections or drugs that hasten death (euthanasia Positive) or by stopping all treatment to the patient (euthanasia Negative ) because they are considered precedes the authority of God, therefore mengharamkannya religion.

2. Transfusion
Blood transfusions (Blood Transfusion 'Bhs. Netherlands') is to move blood from one person to another in order to save his soul. Islam does not forbid a Muslim donate blood for humanitarian purposes and not commercialization either directly to the needs or stored at the Blood Bank to help people in need at any time, as the Word of Allah in Surah Al Maida verse 32
.... and whoever saved a life, then as if he saved the life of the whole people. ..... (Q.S. Al-Maida: 32)

So okay mentranfusikan blood of a Muslim to a non-Muslim to respect human dignity (human dignity) which God also memulyakannya.

3. IVF / Artificial Insemination in Islam
There are several artificial insemination techniques developed in the medical world.

Fertilazation in Vitra (FIV) by taking sperm and ova wife then processed at Vitra (Tube) and after fertilization transferred to the womb of the wife.

Gamete Intra Fallopian Felopian (GIFT) by taking the husband's sperm and ovum wife, and after a mixed conception, then immediately implanted in the fallopian tubes (tubes Palupi).
The second technique is more natural than the perma because sperm can only make the ovum in the fallopian Palupi after efekulasi.
Law IVF / Artificial Insemination in Islam
If we examine the issue of IVF in terms of Islamic law, it must be assessed by the method ijtihadiyah accordance with the principles of the Qur'an and Sunnah that Muslims hold true.
IVF / artificial insemination with sperm and ova when the husband and wife own and not transferred to another woman then Islam permits, either by way of taking the husband's sperm, and then injected into the uterus or vagina wife, or by fertilization is done outside then men (Vertilized Ovum) implanted in the wife's womb. Due to the way natural conception is not able to obtain the child's rule:
الحاجة تنزل منزلة الضرورة والضرورة تبيح المحضورات
Hajat (very important) were treated as in urgent situations (Emergency) when an emergency / forced it allows things that are forbidden.

4. Organ transplants
There are three (3) types of organ transplants

Donor alive, healthy, this type requires a rigorous selection and careful (general check up) either the donor or the recipient (recipient) in order to maintain organ transplantation failure due to rejection of the recipient's body

Donor alive, coma, or strongly suspected to die. For this type, organ donor requires a means of control.

Donors are switched off, this type is the ideal type. For medically just waiting when the donor was considered medically and legally dead, the number three is Islam could allow the applicant:
1) recipient (receiver) in a life-threatening emergency
2) transplants do not cause complications that new anymore.
