According to the WHO definition of reproductive health is a
state of physical, mental and social whole, not only free from disease or
disability in all aspects relating to the reproductive system, its functions
and processes. Or a state where people can enjoy their sex life and be able to
perform the function and reproductive processes in a healthy and safe.
GROWING TEENS KEMBANG
Adolescence is divided into:
1. Early adolescence, 10-13 years.
2. Middle adolescence, 14-16 years old.
3. Late adolescence, 17-19 years old.
Physical growth in girls:
1. Starting menstruation.
2. Enlarged breasts and buttocks.
3. Enlarged ovaries.
4. Skin and hair oily and acne growth.
5. Vaginal discharge.
6. Begun to grow hair in the armpits and around the vagina.
7. Taller body.
Physical changes that occur in teenage boys:
1. Changes form the large and steady voice.
2. Growing feathers around the armpits and genitals.
3. Grow a mustache.
4. Having a wet dream.
5. Growing Adam's apple.
6. Shoulders and chest grew and fields.
7. Penis and testicles enlarged.
Psychological changes also occur in both adolescent girls and
boys, to change emotions, thoughts, feelings, social and environmental
responsibilities, namely:
* Teens prefer to gather outside the home with the group.
* Teens more often denied or violated rules parents.
* Teens want to stand out or even shut down.
* Teens did not consider or become dependent on the group.
The foregoing causes teens to be more easily influenced by
negative things from their new environment.
MENSTRUAL OR Haid
When starting a new menstrual periods may be irregular and
may occur twice a month to
nstruasi then a few months no longer menstruating. It takes
about 3 years to have a pattern of regular menstruation and will continue
regularly until the age of 50 years. When a woman stops menstruating is called
menopause. The menstrual cycle include:
1. The ovaries secrete egg (ovulation) about 14 days before
the menstrual period to come.
2. Eggs are in the fallopian tubes, uterus thickened mucous
membrane.
3. Eggs inside the uterus, uterine mucous membrane is
thickened and ready to accept the result of fertilization.
4. If there is no fertilization, the lining of the womb would
be separated from the uterine wall and bleeding. The eggs will come out of the
womb with blood.
Menstrual cycle length varies every woman. There are 26 days,
28 days, 30 days, or even the 40 days. Long periods are generally 5 days, but
sometimes there is a faster 2 days or even up to 5 days. The total number of
blood ejected normally between 30-80 ml. During the menstrual period, which
needs to be considered is the cleanliness of the area of femininity to change
pads as often as possible.
WET DREAMS, WHAT COULD HAPPEN?

3. Amenorhea (not having periods).
4. Decreased appetite, but at times require specific food
(cravings).
5. Proven through laboratory tests that HCG test and
ultrasound.
6. Physical changes such as enlarged breasts and often
hardened, the area around the areola breast (around the nipple) enlarges.
Pregnancy under 20 years of age immature reproductive organs
so that at the time of delivery will have trouble.
