Factors that may affect the prioritization
- Criterion 1
The nature of the problem; heavier weight given to no / less healthy because the former requires immediate action and are usually recognized and perceived by families
- Criterion 2
Possible problems can be changed, nurses need to consider affordability of the following factors:
• Knowledge of current, technology and measures to address the problem
• The resources of the family in the form of physical, financial and personnel
• Powered by nurses in the form of knowledge, skills and time.
• community resource in the form of fadsilitas, organizations in the public and community support
- Criterion 3
Potential problems can be prevented, the factors to be considered:
• severity of the problems associated with the disease or
• The duration of the problem, which is associated with a period of problem exists
• Actions being executed is the appropriate actions in fixing the problem.
• A group of 'high risk' or a very sensitive group adds to the potential to prevent the problem.

Prominence of the issue, the nurse needs to assess the perception or how families see these health problems. The highest score first family nursing intervention.
D. NURSING FAMILY PLANNING
Planning nursing family consists of goal setting, which includes goals and objectives as well as equipped with the criteria and standards. Criteria and standards are specific statements about the expected outcome of any specific nursing actions based on defined goals.
E. IMPLEMENTATION
Actions taken by the nurse to family planning based on the diagnosis that had been made previously. Nursing actions against the family include the following;
1. Stimulate awareness or acceptance of the problem and family health needs by:
a. Provide information
b. Identify the needs and expectations of health
c. Encourage healthy emotional attitude towards the problem
2. Stimulating the family to decide how to appropriate care by:
a. Identify consequences of not taking action
b. Identify sources of family owned
c. Discuss the consequences of each action
3. Giving confidence in the care of ill family members by:
a. Demonstrate how to care
b. Using the tools and facilities that exist in the home
c. Supervise family treatment
4. Helping families to find a way how to make a healthy environment, in a way;
a. Find sources that can be used by the family
b. Making changes to the optimum environment
5. Motivating families to take advantage of existing health facilities by:
a. Introducing health facilities that exist in the family
b. Helping families using existing health facilities
F. EVALUATION
As per the action plan that has been granted, an assessment to evaluate its success. If not / have not managed to have prepared a new plan accordingly. All nursing actions may not be done in one visit to the family. Unyuk it can be done in stages in accordance with the time and willingness of the family. Evaluation prepared using SOAP operationally.
S: Things are raised by families subjectively after nursing interventions. Eg: Family says the pain was reduced.
O: Things that are encountered by nurses objectively after nursing interventions. Eg: BB up 1 kg in 1 month.
A: Analysis of the results that have been achieved with respect to the goals related to nursing diagnoses.
Q: Planning to come after seeing the response of the family at this stage of the evaluation.
Phase of the evaluation can be done in the formative and summative. Formative evaluations conducted during the process of nursing care, whereas summative evaluation is the final evaluation.
